Fancy some squash?

Our squash and racketball community is active, welcoming, and diverse — from complete beginners to county-level players.

Coaching is led by Matthew Stone, a Level 2 England Squash coach, supported by a team of group and performance coaches.

We currently field five teams in the Cornwall County Leagues — one in Division 1, two in Division 2, and two in Division 3 — and we’re always looking for new players to get involved. The best way to start is by joining a Friday Club Night session or reaching out to Matt directly for more information.

The monthly box leagues are also ongoing – if you’d like to get involved, just email leagues@falmouthsportsclub.com.

Discover racketball

Looking for a fun, low-impact way to get fit on court? Racketball could be just what you need.

Played with a larger racket and a bouncier ball, it offers longer rallies, a slower pace, and a great cardio workout — making it perfect for beginners or those easing into racket sports.

Also known as Squash57, racketball is one of the fastest-growing racket sports in the UK. With simpler rules and a more forgiving style of play, it’s easy to pick up and enjoy, even if you’ve never played before.

If you’re keen to get active, have fun, and experience the game without the intensity of traditional squash, give racketball a try!

Junior Coaching

Whether you’re new to squash or looking to sharpen your game, our adult coaching sessions cater to all levels. With a mix of drills, tactics, and game based learning, you’ll develop skills and confidence every time you step on court.
