Coaching Workshop a big success!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Squash Coaching Workshop at Falmouth Sports Club with the superb Jamie Lang!

It was a fantastic session aimed at both experienced coaches and those interested in getting into coaching. From fun and effective drills to practical coaching tips and match scenario planning, there was something for everyone, no matter their level of experience.

Coaches left with loads of new ideas and confidence to bring back to their own sessions.

Thanks again to Jamie and to all who joined us — the squash community in Falmouth and Cornwall is growing stronger every day!
